Tamil Nadu EIACP PC HUB, Department of Environment and Climate Change has organised tree plantation drive under the campaign of “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” and mission life awareness activities which was held on 13.11.2024 November 2024 at Alpha School, T.Nagar, Chennai.   Tmt. Reena Richard, Headmistress welcomed the department officials.  This programme aimed to promote “Mission LiFE- Lifestyle for Environment” and also delivered the Mission LiFE themes how to involve into day-to-day activities by Tmt.T.Indra Devi, Information Officer.  Conducted a speech competition under Mission LiFE. In this program, 10 students participated and spoke on various environmental topics i.e., environmental conservation, Disaster Management, Against Single Use Plastics.  Around 350 students and staff members were actively participated in the plantation drive and other programmes.  More than 10 tree saplings of different varieties were planted.
