Tamil Nadu EIACP PC HUB, Department of Environment and Climate Change has conducted a Lecture on "Land Restoration, Desertification, and Drought Resilience" on 30.05.2024 at Centre for Climate Change and Disaster Management, Anna University, Chennai. Dr. K. Muthukumar, Programme Officer has welcomed the speaker and participants and Dr. A. Ramachandran, Emeritus Professor, Centre for Climate Change and Disaster Management, Anna University has briefed about Desertification and Drought resilience on climate change and Dr. Kurian Joseph, Director, Centre for Climate Change and Disaster Management, Anna University has delivered the importance of waste Management. At the end of the event, Dr.K.Muthukumar, Programme Officer, EIACP PC HUB, DOE & CC gavethe vote of thanks to key speakers and participants. A total of 40 School Teachers, Scientist, NGO’s and EIACP Staff were participated in this programme.
