Tamil Nadu EIACP PC-HuB has created “International Ozone day for the preservation of the ozone layer” Awareness Programme and Tree Plantation activity conducted on 18.09.2024 at MGR Janaki arts and Science College, Chennai

Tamil Nadu EIACP PC HUB, Department of Environment and Climate Change has created the awareness program on 18.09.2024 at MGR Janaki Arts and Science College, Chennai. During the event Ms. Booma Srinivasan, MIC Environmental Preservation and Protection, AIWC, delivered the introductory speech to the students. During this event Vice President, WIA, Correspondent delivered the presidential address and Dr.K.Muthukumar, Progrmme Officer, EIACP PC-HuB, Department of Environment and Climate Change delivered the keynote address and briefly explained about the importance of the ozone layer and the harmful impact of ozone-depleting substances to the students with power point presentation. Total No of 200 Students and 10 Teachers participated in the event.
