Tamil Nadu EIACP PC HUB, Department of Environment and Climate Change has organized Tree plantation drive under the campaign of “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” and Mission Life Awareness Programme lecture conducted on 19.12.2024 at Sri Parasakthi College for Women, Courtallam, Tenkasi – 627802. In this program, Dr.K.Muthukumar, Programme Officer of EIACP PC HUB has delivered an insightful session under the Mission LiFE (Lifestyle for Environment), emphasizing its objectives and the importance of adopting sustainable practices in our daily life and addressing environmental issues in Tenkasi district with potential solutions Finally, Mission LiFE videos show case and pledge also taken by the participants. Around 320 students and staff members were actively participated in the plantation drive and other programmes. More than 10 tree saplings of different varieties were planted.
