Tamil Nadu EIACP PC HUB, Department of Environment and Climate Change has conducted a “Say No to Single Use Plastics under Mission LiFE” awareness programme through street play on 21.05.2025 at Various places in Dindigul district. In this programme, raised awareness about avoiding the single use plastic carry bags and instead promoting the cloth bags under Mission LiFE and also conducted streetplays, rural dances, Karakattam and Oyilattam to highlight environmental concerns and items like cloth bags and awareness pamphlets were distributed. The campaign targeted the general public and students across various locations in the Dindigul district including the agriculture market, railway stations and bus stations.
