State Level ENVIS Advisory Committee :

For achieving the objectives of the ENVIS CENTRE an advisory committee was constituted involving experts in the following areas. The advisory committee will assist the ENVIS CENTRE.

  • To formulate an action plan and frame guidelines to achieve its objectives effectively.
  • To suggest measures for increased access to information and identification of data gaps in subject areas and scope for filling up the same.
  • To give expert opinion for answering environmental query on the specified topics.
  • To suggest innovative and cost effective technologies available for river conservation.
  • To suggest new Information Technology tools which can be used to make the website more user friendly.
  • To decide the structure of the project and its future expansion.
